All bookings, once confirmed, are final and non-returnable, as they involve coordination with hotels, transport, and other travel partners.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any concerns related to incomplete or unsatisfactory travel services.

  1. Issues with Services Rendered

If you experience unsatisfactory service related to your travel package (e.g., hotel, transport, itinerary), please contact us within 24 hours of experiencing the issue.

  • Provide clear evidence (photos, written descriptions, receipts)to support your claim.
  • If verified, we will work with relevant partners to resolve or compensate as appropriate.
  1. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved based on investigation, it will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Airline/transport issues
  • Government actions (e.g., travel bans, visa refusals)
  • Pandemics
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements as feasible, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or refunds.
