CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Booking Cancellations

Once you have booked a tour package or travel service and made payment, we initiate arrangements immediately. Therefore, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to penalties.

Cancellation Requests:

• Email: tripeasyworld@gmail.com with your Booking IDwithin 24 hours of booking for any potential cancellation.
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours or post-confirmation of bookings (hotels, flights, transport) are non-refundableunless specifically agreed upon.
• Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable charges levied by airlines, hotels, and other service partners.

2. Right to Cancel by Company

Trip Easy World reserves the right to cancel any booking, with or without prior notice, due to:

• Safety concerns
• Service unavailability
• Payment issues
• Government restrictions

In such cases, full or partial refunds will be processed depending on the situation.
